Born and raised on Long Island, Captain Brett has spent over 20 years guiding fishing trips and has been part of the recreational fishing industry for even longer. His passion for the water started early, growing up near the coast and working as a deckhand on head boats, where he honed his skills before earning his USCG 100 Ton Master License.

Over the years, Captain Brett has guided anglers of all levels—from seasoned pros to first-time fishermen—ensuring every trip is customized for a fun and rewarding experience. Whether targeting trophy fish in the Atlantic or enjoying a laid-back day in the bays, his deep knowledge of local waters and techniques guarantees a successful outing.

Beyond fishing, Captain Brett is a dedicated family man, happily married and the proud father of four boys. His home is always lively, shared with his loving wife and three dogs. His 25+ years as a New York State-certified teacher make him a natural at explaining fishing techniques in an easy and approachable way, ensuring everyone on board feels comfortable, safe, and confident.
